About Sugarplum Creations
I do not produce a printed catalogue! This is because I am constantly updating the stock. The website is upgraded monthly. This gives me a lot of freedom to dynamically alter the product range - so a catalogue would be impossible to maintain. Prices are also kept down as catalogues are expensive to create. However if you would like to view the product range before ordering please contact me for a complimentary consultation.

Making a purchase
To make a purchase, browse through the tiaras, jewellery and other items, adding those you wish to purchase to the basket and you will be asked for the details necessary to complete the order. All of the products on the website can be altered to suit your own unique requirements, whether it's scale, colour or design. Every order is handcrafted for you. That means that when you return an item, in most cases that item cannot be resold because it has been customized for you. So, we request that if you are ordering in quantities of more than one, (for example bridesmaids jewellery) that you first order a single sample to be sure that it is going to work for you.
Refund Policy:
In the unlikely event that your tiara is damaged or faulty in any way when it reaches you, I will arrange to replace it to the value of your purchase as long as you email me immediately at: Vicky@sugarplumcreations.co.uk and return the tiara to me in its original packaging within seven days of receipt. Unfortunately I cannot refund the postage costs.
Please note that our tiaras, hair accessories and jewellery are handmade to order to individual specifications and therefore cannot be refunded.
There is no minimum order charge, and postal prices start at just £1.50. Every effort is made to package up all items in such a way as to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition. I aim to despatch within 10-14 working days of receipt of payment however this may be slightly longer during busy periods. The parcel will be shipped according to the shipment instruction that you provide with the order. Where possible I try to accommodate last minute requests. Please contact me with your requirements and I can discuss your needs in greater detail.
Payment can be made using, PayPal or cheque. Cheques need to be made payable to Sugarplum Creations and sent to:

Your items will be despatched once the cheque has cleared. I will contact you by email shortly after to confirm receipt of your order and provide an estimated despatch date. You are more than welcome to contact me anytime during the waiting time.
